Oil-stained parking decks, gum on the walkways, and no good place for the water to go

What you see

Oil drips darken the parking stalls and gum spots the walkway at the entrance. The trash enclosure smells by Thursday.

Why it happens

Gum and oil both let go with heat, and a cold-water machine mostly blasts the concrete around them. Many cities restrict wash water reaching the storm drain, so ask yours what it requires for a parking deck or a downtown sidewalk. A rig with no way to catch the water leaves you with nowhere to put it.

What it does to you

Tenants and customers judge a building by its entrance and its parking. A slip on a greasy deck turns into a claim, and a discharge complaint is a call from the city you'd rather not get.

The shop asks how many properties you look after and how often they get washed, and who does it now, your own staff or a contractor. It asks what water and power are on site and what happens to the wash water today.

A hot-water machine on a trailer that brings its own water usually fits. The AWW-HDS5 on the UTS230 puts out 5 GPM at 3500 PSI from a diesel-fired burner, carries 230 gallons, and starts from $14,488 on the published grid. The Hotsy 1200 is the gas-engine hot-water machine to put on a truck you already run, 4.5 to 5.6 GPM, per the manufacturer's 2016 brochure. For catching the water, the UTT 460 reclaim trailer vacuums it up and pumps it out, and if you wash at one site, the fixed filtration system treats it before it's discharged.

Breakthrough is the all-purpose detergent, and Fat Cap Brick takes graffiti off walls. Verde All Purpose is the green option where tenants ask.

Tell us what's going wrong

Oil-stained parking decks, gum on the walkways, and no good place for the water to go

A dead burner, a citation, a bid due Friday. Your words.
How do we reach you? A phone or an email is enough.
A few more questions (optional)
Downtime, labor, a lost bid. A rough idea is fine.
Brand, model, age if you know it.

Here's what happens next: The Pacoima counter calls you within one business hour. The call is 15 minutes. We ask what's going wrong, how you plan to pay, and who else weighs in. At the end we set a next step, or tell you straight that we're not the right shop. Nobody pitches anything until we understand the job.

Rather just talk? Leave a number.
