What it's for

  • Manufacturing and food processing plants with a fixed wash station
  • Shops that want 6 GPM; the 1812SS runs on 230V single phase, the rest on three phase

What it's not for

  • Portable or truck-mounted use
  • Sites without room and power for a 1,020 lb stationary unit

Before it's installed

  • Power: 230V single phase for the 1812SS; 208, 230, 460 or 575V three phase for the rest; 16 to 42 A by model
  • Gas: natural gas models have an elevated gas valve at the back corner; an LP conversion is an option
  • Oil-fired models (1830SS, 1833SS) ship without a fuel tank, so plan a fuel supply
  • Venting: a 10-inch draft diverter is an option on gas and LP models
  • Size: 51 x 31 x 53.25 inches, 1,020 lb shipping

What are you cleaning?

Tell us the job in your own words. A person at the counter calls you and starts with the problem. Nobody pitches a machine until we understand the job.

(818) 252-0706

A dead burner, a citation, a bid due Friday. Your words.
How do we reach you? A phone or an email is enough.
A few more questions (optional)
Downtime, labor, a lost bid. A rough idea is fine.
Brand, model, age if you know it.

Here's what happens next: The Pacoima counter calls you within one business hour, or emails you if you leave no number. The call is 15 minutes. We ask what's going wrong, how you plan to pay, and who else weighs in. At the end we set a next step, or tell you straight that we're not the right shop. Nobody pitches anything until we understand the job.
