Quoted on the call

What it's for

  • Shops with 230V single phase that want 2,000 PSI hot water
  • Sites that already have natural gas or LP and would rather not haul oil

What it's not for

  • Shops with only 115V outlets (see the 500 Series)
  • Jobs that need more than 3.5 GPM

Before it's installed

  • Model 772 burns natural gas and is listed as not portable: plan a gas line and the optional 8-inch draft diverter
  • Oil-fired 790SS and 795SS: an 8-inch barometric draft dampener is an option for vented indoor use
  • Power: 230V single phase (208V on the 795SS-208), 13 to 27 A by model

What are you cleaning?

Tell us the job in your own words. A person at the counter calls you and starts with the problem. Nobody pitches a machine until we understand the job.

(818) 252-0706

How do we reach you? A phone or an email is enough.
A few more questions (optional)
A dead burner, a citation, a bid due Friday. Your words.
Downtime, labor, a lost bid. A rough idea is fine.
Brand, model, age if you know it.

Here's what happens next: The Pacoima counter calls you within one business hour. The call is 15 minutes. We ask what's going wrong, how you plan to pay, and who else weighs in. At the end we set a next step, or tell you straight that we're not the right shop. Nobody pitches anything until we understand the job.
