Hotsy 900 / 1400 Series

Stationary gas-fired hot water for a fixed wash spot: 4.0 to 5.0 GPM at 2,000 to 3,000 PSI on natural gas (N models) or LP (P models). Smart Control handles auto start/stop and time-delay shutdown, and the unit is prewired for remote controls.

What it's for

  • Wash bays and shops with natural gas already piped in
  • Sites that want the machine to start and stop on the trigger and shut itself down

What it's not for

  • Mobile work: it is built to stay put (a wheel kit with an LP bottle rack is an option)
  • Shops with no way to vent a burner

Before it's installed

  • Power: 208V or 230V single phase, or 208, 230, 460 or 575V three phase, 7 to 42 A by model
  • Gas: a natural gas line (N models) or LP supply (P models)
  • Venting: industry-standard flue outlet; an 8-inch gas-fired draft diverter is an option
  • Water: feeds a float tank; an inlet water solenoid is an option
  • Size: 47.5 x 21 x 51 inches including connectors and flue outlet; 580 to 780 lb shipping
  • Drain: not covered in the brochure, so we go over it on the call
